Terms of Service
Last updated: April 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Fluxcord, a Discord <-> Fluxer message bridging service (“the Bot”). By adding Fluxcord to your server or using any of its features, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Bot.
1. What Fluxcord Does
Section titled “1. What Fluxcord Does”Fluxcord is a bridge bot that bridges messages, edits, deletions, replies, attachments, embeds, pins, and voice states between a Discord server and a Fluxer community. It operates through webhooks and requires appropriate permissions on both platforms to function.
2. Eligibility
Section titled “2. Eligibility”You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Fluxer’s Terms of Service when using Fluxcord. If you are under the minimum age required by those platforms, you may not use this Bot.
3. Permitted Use
Section titled “3. Permitted Use”You may use Fluxcord to:
- Bridge channels between Discord servers and Fluxer communities that you own or administer.
- Bridge messages, media, and metadata as part of normal community communication.
4. Prohibited Use
Section titled “4. Prohibited Use”You may not use Fluxcord to:
- Bridge channels without the knowledge or consent of the server/community administrators on both ends.
- Bridge content that violates Discord’s or Fluxer’s Terms of Service — including but not limited to CSAM, doxxing, targeted harassment, or illegal content.
- Attempt to abuse, exploit, or reverse-engineer the Bot’s internals, webhook tokens, or database.
- Spam, flood, or otherwise degrade the experience of bridged communities.
- Use the Bot as a vector to mass-ping or impersonate users across platforms.
- Bridge channels for the purpose of surveillance, data harvesting, or any activity harmful to the users in those channels.
5. Server Administrator Responsibility
Section titled “5. Server Administrator Responsibility”The person who sets up a bridge is responsible for ensuring that the bridge is appropriate for both communities involved. Fluxcord’s setup flow requires confirmation from an administrator on both ends, but it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure you have the right to bridge those channels.
You are responsible for any content that passes through a bridge you configured.
6. NSFW Content
Section titled “6. NSFW Content”Fluxcord enforces a matching NSFW restriction — a NSFW channel on one platform can only be bridged to a NSFW channel on the other. Do not attempt to circumvent this. You are responsible for ensuring NSFW content is only accessible to users who have agreed to see it.
7. Service Availability
Section titled “7. Service Availability”Fluxcord is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, or continued availability of any feature. The Bot may go offline, be updated, or have features removed at any time without notice.
8. Termination
Section titled “8. Termination”We reserve the right to block or ban your server, user account, or guild from using Fluxcord if we determine you are violating these Terms or abusing the service. We don’t owe you a warning or explanation before doing so, though we’ll try to be reasonable.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Section titled “9. Disclaimer of Warranties”Fluxcord is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about message delivery, accuracy of bridging, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use it at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
Section titled “10. Limitation of Liability”To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Fluxcord are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Bot or from messages bridged through it.
11. Changes to These Terms
Section titled “11. Changes to These Terms”We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Fluxcord after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You will be notified through the support community on https://fluxer.gg/jbcrn and https://discord.jbcrn.dev.
